JUNE 1964
- The Church was completed and dedicated.
- The parish opened with about 200 families.
- The first Masses were held in the Rectory until the Church was completed.
SEPTEMBER 1965
- The first four rooms of the school were opened with 163 students.
- Enrollment today is more than 200 students.
JUNE 1980
- The Buckley Montine Center (gymnasium) was dedicated.
- The school continued expanding, adding additional classrooms and a library.
- The first Masses were held in the Rectory until the Church was completed.
AUGUST 1995
- Portable classrooms were added to house Kindergarten classes.
JUNE 1992
- Father Kersgieter retires after 30 years of faithful service to the people of the parish.
- Father Ferdinand Wesloh was appointed Pastor and served until May 4, 2004.
JUNE 9, 2002
- Saint Angela Merici celebrates its 40th Anniversary.
- Archbishop Justin Rigali celebrated a special Mass, followed by a sumptuous dinner.
MAY 2004
- Father Jeffrey Maassen was appointed the third Pastor of Saint Angela Merici.
JULY 2005
- The vision of the North County Deanary was enacted.
- Saint Angela Merici welcomed its newest members from Transfiguartion and St. Christopher.
- The parish now consists of over 1,200 households.
JULY 1, 2008
- Father Thomas Keller was appointed fourth Pastor of Saint Angela Merici.
- The parish now consists of over 800 families.
JUNE 2012
- Saint Angela Merici celebrates its 50th Anniversary as a Parish.
JULY 1, 2014
- Monsignor Matthew Mitas was appointed fifth Pastor of Saint Angela Merici.
