Please remember that Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are to remain in their places until the completion of the prayer,
“Behold the Lamb of God, behold him who takes away the sins of the world. Blessed are those called to the supper of the Lamb.”
And the Response, “Lord, I am not worthy
that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.”
When the prayer, including the Response, is completed, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion should stand, approach the Altar, and form a single line behind the Altar Servers.
PLEASE DO THIS PROMPTLY AFTER THE PRAYER AND RESPONSE ARE COMPLETED! This will allow other Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to see if additional Ministers are required
in time to approach the Altar as well. Thank you.
